You are at your teenage period; every man calls you sweet sixteen; you are like a ripe fruit that catches the eyes of birds and men; you are to fetish men like a pure white pounded yam with a delicious soup waiting to be devoured. It is for this reason that some married men with as many as four wives still chase you around because the lust in him makes him find your school uniform more attractive than the lingeries of his wives at home. You should realise that most men who come after you want to have their way with you because they feel you are worth just a doughnut and a bottle of Kunu, which is only equivalent to a lunch for his wife at home. It means they don’t value you the way they love their wives. Is this really who you want to open your legs for?
This month of July, many of you graduated from secondary school; we have seen pictures from many of you on social media celebrating your graduation; perhaps you are also happy that you’d soon leave your parent’s roof and go far away to various institutions where you’d have ‘freedom’. This is how many of your predecessors were doomed; the fact that you are leaving your parents into the world is something to worry about and should even make you weep, but then Shaitan makes it look like a ‘prison break’ to most of you. He makes you see your parents as two troublesome people who constantly watch you and bore you with house chores. Still, you forget so quickly that your parents are actually your secondary protectors from the evil of society and even the tiny insects; your parents are the only two people in the world who would give up their lives for you to survive, not those boyfriends or Alhajis that are asking for your bedroom pictures on WhatsApp. Many of your secondary school peers have been deceived by these same men to give their virginities as birthday gifts, new year gifts and valentine gifts. They ended up getting infected with STDs or unwanted pregnancies, and the worst is that of Zina against Allah. Never let any man touch you till you get married.

Some of you have the so-called ‘male bestie’, which is the beginning of fornication; if you must have a best friend, choose your best friend from your fellow female friends, and not from the opposite gender, confide in your parents and not some random boys out there who are still afflicted with juvenile delinquency. If you have questions about puberty or menstrual flow and the likes, ask your mother and not your so-called best friend. Else, that is the last class you will attend before getting raped or impregnated by boys who still receive daily pocket money from their parents.
If you are a type with high libido and you crave a lot for the company of the opposite gender, you can discuss it with your parents and have them get you married early; this is better and more honourable for you, it doesn’t affect your education or career, I married my wife when she was just 19 years old. She was the best graduating student in a department of about 1000 students in 2014. Marriage doesn’t affect your brain. Instead, it’s unnecessary heartbreaks from chewing gum leaking boys that will affect your brain and emotional being. Do not be intoxicated by your beauty or their praises. Being beautiful without common sense is a mere display of cosmetic foolishness. If you keep your innocence till marriage, you are worth more than gold and diamonds. So do not let a fool kiss you.
